Passing Variables

Hi,Is it possible to pass a variable from one Lectora Executable to another in any way. We thought of writing it out to an external text file but can't find an obvious way to do this. We think we can do it with the HTML version, but this HAS to be done with the executable version.Sorry for such a dumb question, but we're really struggling here.ThanksJim
