Page-sized image not completely covering background in Lectora 11

Hi everyone,

I have a strange one that is affecting several pages of my project. I haven't seen anything like it here in the forum, but I'm reaching out in hopes of a solution.

Our team is building in Lectora 11 and have a had serious formatting problems on publishing. So much so, that we have resorted to publishing via Lectora 10, but one issue is throwing us for a loop. Our project contains a background image that is inherited on each page, but on a few pages we have created popup content that appears overtop to display video and links to a survey. We have manually simulated a lightbox effect by creating a semi-transparent .png image at the same dimensions as the project and floating it between the background and the popup. This seems to view appropriately in Lectora 11, but upon publish, the shape no longer completely covers the background leaving a line on the right and bottom of exposed background causing a sloppy look. Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this. I won't be able to use the new lightbox action as we will need to publish through Lectora 10.

Thanks in advance,

Tobiah

I've done exactly like you described - creating a page-sized semi-transparent png to emulate "modal popup" look, and it always worked fine for me, in all browsers. Can you share a sample page from your title?

I had a similar issue. I edited the image properties to remove the "Maintain Ratio" lock and then manually set the width and height to the size of my title.
