I'm wondering if you can use the export/import XML function?
In your Lectora 9.2 file:
File/Export/XML. (This will palce an *.XML file in the folder.}
After you export the file, create a new file in Lectora 7.
File/Import/XML. Browse for the *.XML file you just created.
I don't know if it will work, but it's only a few minutes of work.
