Other options that use the menu:1. Use one title level menu and highlight current chapter with a clear text box that has a border at the chapter level. New text block for each section of the menu. Say menu is points to chapters, then you have one text block in each chapter over the appropriate menu. 2. Same as above but instead use a text block that uses same font, background, etc. as the menu but highlighted the way you want. After you build the first highlight text block, inserting in remaining chapters is easy.
