On mouse click action stopping page audio

I am using professional suite 2008. I have a layout where the user can toggle between seeing the table of contents or the script for the narration on a page. I have audio narration for the page that starts automatically. When running in the preview mode or as a single executable it works as intended. The user may toggle between the two views using either the action on mouse click toggle visibility or on mouse click show the intended target and hide the other. However when published to html, clicking the mouse stops the page audio. Does the mouse click option stop any audio that is playing?I am using professional suite 2008.
