Numeric Enter key versus Alpha Enter key

Is there a way to distinguish between the two keyboard Enter keys when using a keystroke action? I'm simulating an online form in which the Numeric Enter key acts the same as you would expect the Tab key to act. It moves the cursor from field to field. The Alpha Enter key triggers the OK button that submits the form. Thanks!
