This should NOT make a difference. I can't guess what the problem is. Below right is a link to the LectoraExchange where you can upload your course and we can take a look at the course for you. Register and then post a new listing in the Problems forum near the bottom. Keep in mind that the certificate will publish in portrait mode unless the learner changes it and it will have the browser headings and footings.
