The original post didn't say if you were publishing to AICC or SCORM (at least I didn't see it). If you are using 2007 and SP 3 there an issue with publishing to AICC using the JavaScript Title manager. Try using the Java version and see if that works. I tried it on Aspen and the Java applet version worked for me.Unfortunately, I can only test with the applet -- the desktops at my clients are locked down and the MSJVM, which is the standard for this company, had to many issues.
