Not passing a score or status to SCORM

Hello, I'm creating a one page notice that simply notifies a learner that the course is currently unavailable and provides an exit button. My LMS system will only take a SCORM file so I need to publish to SCORM. However, I get an error when publishing if I either don't set a value to the AICC_Lesson Status or submit a test score. Is there a way around publishing to SCORM and not passing any SCORM values?Thank you
