No score displayed in test results page

This appears to have been solved, but I would like to add something that we discovered. We also see bad test results fairly often. These seem to occur when there are weird characters at the end of the correct answer only. Our tests are typically written in Word and then copied into Lectora. Occasionally there are two weird little characters (rectangles) that are copied along with the text - some Word formatting perhaps. The really bizarre thing is that they cannot be viewed on all systems, so they appear as spaces. Our solution is that when developing the tests, we ensure that are no spaces (or other characters) after the correct answers (or distractors - just to be safe). Hope this helps someone.
