no activation possible!

When did you purchase your software? If you send me you email address I can look up your orders. We went out notice to customers of Snap Empower last year before we discontinued it in May 2015. Customers who purchased in 2015 were refunded.

I'm very angry. After my HDD crash Ican't use Empower any longer because Trivantis can't activate it

Whats about Empower! No hint from trivantis that the software can't use any longer after finish selling! Only that the support finish.

I spend a lot of work in the little Programm to create Templates, Quizzes, Games ...

Now I can't work with all the old Projekts. There are a lot Projekts!

There ist a lot software, much older, but never ever I fail because of an activation code.

What about Snap! which is no longer selling. What will happen if my HDD crash again? Will I get now an activation code for lifetime? The activation code is protection against ilegal copy. But the selling of Snap! is finished. AND I buy my software.

If not no one should spend time with this Software!

Snap Empower is no longer available. It was discontinued last year in May 2015.

While we are no longer selling Snap! by Lectora, we do still support it and you can get it activated. Snap Empower and Snap! by Lectora are separate products and use separate servers.

Please send me a direct message or let me know your email address and I'll make sure we get your Snap! by Lectora license activated.

Your order is from 2012. Snap Empower was discontinued last year along with our Flypaper software. We can no longer support it or offer activation for it. I think ist some years ago. My Orde number is :#100002019 .

Empower is the only software that don't compress the picture. That was ver important for our tutorials. and so the most tutorials of our plants wee created with Empower. Empower is not so comfortable like Engage and so on. We also use this.

But the customerisation of Empower is very fine.
