Newbie: Optimum screen/layout size for online trainings in Lectora

We have ben informed that the lowest screen resolution is 800X600.

The course would be am HTML/browser based course. I guess this mean we would have to factor in the browser toolbar etc..

Is there a standard size/best practice for creating courses using lectora?
