SKSmith has the way I would do it. You could even make the time interval smaller.The resources of an On Timer set at even .1 sec is NOT significant on most computers. To see what I mean, do Alt+Ctrl+Del and click on the Performance tab. With that to the side, run the page and you will see it has little impact.
