Newbie Help needed! "LMSInitialize Error" ... ?

Sorry -- let me try to explain...

The LMS we use is Moodle - an open source course management system that can read SCORM stuff (as you can see, I'm a bit of a novice!). So basically when I say I opened the course in Firefox or Chrome, what I mean is I accessed Moodle through those browsers. Then, in Moodle, I click to enter the course.
