New User Needs Help!

Nicki,Glad to help. As a new user, know that there a lot of differences between the different versions of Lectora so always include which version you are working with. Now, back to your question. It sounds like you are using a question as opposed to 6 check boxes from the forms tool bar. Is that correct?Below is a link that I have posted elsewhere in the forum that you may find helpful.http://community.trivantis.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=2083&PN=1 It will tell you a lot about what each question returns in the question variable. For feedback style you basically have 3 choices (again, see the above).1. Action to Display a plain text message and the user clicks the built-in okay button which hides it.2. Action to Display another page (or go to another page in a separate window) which allows you to format the text but you have to provide your own close button.3. Hidden text boxes on the page formatted as you like that you Show when the time is right. If you want the user to be able to try again on the page, you will need to hide the boxes with an additional action. So below when I describe feedback, I will say Give Feedback and you pick one of the above 3.I would recommend a button that the user clicks once they have finished their selections.Attach to that button the following actions that are On Click:1. Give Correct Feedback, Condition: Question variable Is Correct.2. One more action corresponding to each button as follows for those that were checked but were NOT supposed to be.Give Feedback for Choice A; Condition: Question variable Contains A3. One more action corresponding to each button as follows for those that were NOT checked but were supposed to be.Give Feedback for Choice A; Condition: Question variable Does Not Contain ASo, for a question with choices A-F and the user was to check A,B,D,E, you will need 7 actions: One like #1Two like #2 for choices C and FFour like #3 for choices A,B,C,EIs this what you were looking for?
