New to Lectora, will it work for my project?

I am getting started on a new project for my company and we would like to use Lectora. I have started playing around in Lectora and it seems that it will work for what I need to create. I have a couple of quick questions though if someone could help me out that would be great.
Can I have a series of buttons in a menu that are not clickable unless the previous Chapter test has been completed?
I have tried to use the actions, and can not seem to get this to work the way I am thinking it should.
Does Lectora store cookies, so that if a user is viewing the project I have made and closes the window, they can come back and not have to start all over?
This particular project has a large amount of content and many tests that lead up to a final test.
Is it possible to print the test results from all tests, or save them to a PDF? And if so, can an input field collect a users name and then place it with that PDF or printable file?
Thanks to anyone who might be able to help, and I appreciate any feedback.
