New Export to Word feature not working?

One of the new features of version 9.2 is the ability to export to Word.

The instructions say:

"To export to a doc file:

From the File menu, select Export > Word. The export window opens."

I have version 9.2 but I do not see the Export to Word option. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
