I know of no way to have a dynamic TOC in Lectora. The best you can do is to allow them to go to the page fwd page and then have it send them back immediately - maybe with a warning msg.Uh, wait. I recently figured out how to dynamically crop an image. If it were a transparent gif that overlayed the TOC we could adjust it based on the page. Now, here is the tricky bit. The TOC cannot be collapsible or scrollable, otherwise the mask which covered up the yet unvisited pages would not work. Is it scrollable?
