Hard to really visualize what you are looking for here but I think I have seen something like this on some web pages. Unfortunately, that is not native to Lectora. However that does not mean it cannot be done. I can guess you want this build automatically, not have to code for each page. Do you need the pages to show or just the chapters and sections? Showing pages AND chapters/sections is harder. At the Chapter level, You could create a set of buttons that reacted like a TOC (i.e. did nothing except when clicked went to the desired loc) for each chapter and section. Then create a table of contents for the current chapter/section. Place it just under that chapter/section where it belongs and a bit to the right. These would show on each page in the chapter. Copy that and paste it into the title level of the next chapter. Move the TOC down one and you will have something that looks like it.
