There is no way that I know of for one window to change the contents of another once opened. You can accomplish something like this with FRAMES or an IFRAME (search the forum for my posting on this one). Mighty was not very clear re. just what his problem was. You can run your course from the popup window if you like and you can specify where and what size the window is initially. I don't think you can lock its position though.ben
