Navigation - best handled by Lectora or by the LMS?

Hi,

We are using an LMS (Dokeos) that creates its own menu based on each Assignable unit of the title - it doesn't recognise anything at Chapter or Section level. The content I want to upload has only one Assignable unit at the title level. Therefore, for this to work I will presumably have to force each chapter of the title to be a new Assignable unit? Is this an easy thing to do when there is only one test in the title?

The other option is to create navigation within Lectora - which would be the preferred option, but it looks like we can't turn off the navigation in the LMS.
