Narrated power point presentation in Lectora?

I have noticed a lot of posts on the forum about using Power Point in Lectora. (I am aware that I will need the Integrator.) I also notice that a lot of elearning courses on the market are a narrated power point. But there are others that are completely built in the authoring tool.

Do most of you find that importing a Power Point is a better learning experience for your audience?

How often would you say that you include a narrated power point, versus creating the entire course in Lectora?
