Name on Certificate

I really need some help! I'm brand new. My employer sent me for a two-day class but the second day just flew by and I really didn't "get" how to insert a name on a certificate at the end of my test. That will be the last page if they pass. Can someone help me? I can do the questions just fine. The first page will be a sign in page which I also did. The last page will be a printable certificate with their name. Please help. I'm real nervous about this.
