What document are you talking about? Where did you get it? Are you referring to a Lectora title? The term "document" is usually used with a word processing document or a pdf. Most of us have not been to that training so we do not know what is on your disk. We need more help re. knowing what it is supposed to do. How did it work in the course?What do you mean by "in the" when you say "in the 'normal state image'"? Is that a folder? A title? an object on a page? "Normal state image" is a term that us usually used to refer to one of the three states of a button - the one that you see when the cursor is not over the button. How did you see the choices? Were they buttons? A list box? Hyperlinks in the text? Options on a menu?What did the "view" do in the class or on the disk? Seems like the certificate page would already be there. But if not, please tell us what happens.
