Name on Certificate

This is a Lectora program. I have the button on one page. It shows when the score is greater than or equal to 75. When clicked it goes to the certificate and all the variables (score, name, etc.) works fine. I was looking at the button properties trying to figure out where I went wrong because I want to be able to print the certificate. On the "normal state image" selection in button properties is where I differ from what is on the training disk and what I have - as far as I can tell. My options only contain a "view certificate" choice and not a "view and print certificate" choice.This is a Lectora program. I have the button on one page.
