My test timer just wont start

Unforunately the organisation I work for is pretty heavily locked down when it comes to software and upgrades. It took us 3 months just to get Lectora and we haven't had much luck with getting an up grade to SP3, let alone SP4.Does anyone have a solution that doesn't require a SP4 upgrade? Might be a long shot, but I thought it's worth asking.Thanks for your help guys.
