Multiple try's on quiz/test questions

I would like for two try's on a question inside of a quiz or test. Currently after you answer once then it tells you if it was correct or incorrect. I would like for it to allow another try if the question was incorrect, Customer service suggested creating an action/condition however I'm not sure how to get started.
