You have to arrange the text with blank spaces where you want entry. You should make this text box property Render as Image. Then create fill in the blank questions and postion the boxes in the blanks. Then, if you want when the user clicks a "check my answer" button, check the variable for each question for correctness. They will be added into the test without any special code.
