Multiple tests in same title?

Not sure I follow. You can manually set the score value to whatever you like as long as it is within 0 and 100. You cannot exceed a value of 100 for SCORM or else the LMS will throw a LMSSetValue() error to the end user. Lectora does the calculation automatically. Even though you have two tests and the mastery score is set to 200 when you publish out, the actual maximum score is set to 100 and each test is only worth 50% of that value, in this case since there are two tests, regardless of the number of questions within each test.
