Multiple swf in Lectora

I ran some quick simple tests with a couple of .swf files in both the preview mode and the html mode. It is possible to run two .swf files in the browser simultaneously (In my case, both .swf files had narration and they both ran fine). I simply had them both set to be initially visible and autostart. Nothing fancy. Be aware that based on how you have the content arranged in Lectora will determine which .swf will play on top. So, from a basic functionality standpoint, Lectora can launch two .swf files at the same time. Now for more clarification on what you want to do...Do you plan to display the second .swf in a new window or the same window? Will the first .swf be done playing when the second one is lauched? Do you want to auto launch the second .swf or will the user have to click on a button or link to launch the other file? When you say that the second .swf file "needs to appear on a specific page", do you mean a specific page later on in Lectora? Are you making a jump in pages in Lectora?I would be glad to assist you in working through this in any way that I can.JZEdited By: jzurovchak on 2007-5-11 9:44:23
