Multiple question, display the correct

Well, that sounds good I have made three conditions one for each question. And I am saying that If Question01 equal to wrong answer, If Question02 is equal to wrong answer and If Question03 is equal to wrong answer and the total number of wrong answers are 3 then Display into the Pop up the correct answer! The action that shows the correct answer is working but not after 3 wrong answers, is being displayed, visible at every sigle mistaken answer; Is there any chance that I can get some more details about that query! I will be waiting for someone's reply. Thanks in advance!
