Thank you both for your responses. I did figure out the "ungraded test" and it worked fine, however, it seems to me that there should be a way to create a multi-page form without having to "trick" the system. Maybe my question should have been, "Do forms always have to be done on one page or do you have to create multiple forms if all the questions don't fit on one page?" It just seems odd that you can create multiple-page tests but not multiple-page forms that submit all test variables at one time. Tim
