Multiple feedback?

If you are using a multiple choice question and only allowing them to select one answer, then you can use different feedback for each answer. That option is built into the test question itself. If you are allowing them to select multiple answers from the list, then you would need to create actions to display a different page or popup message based on the answers selected. That would be done with actions and conditions. As for scoring it differently based on which answer they select, you would need to do your own calculation with actions and conditions to determine an overall score.
