Multiple choice question problem

I have seen that before. It happened to me when the answers to the questions were identical. I just tried it and that appears to be the problem. I think something like that also happens if you have identical answers in a matching question. So, make your answers different. Maybe add a space to one of the answers. I tried one answer with one space and the next with two and problem solved.cheers,ben
