Multiple Choice Question: Image Only, Will Not Show Feedback

I am trying to use a multiple choice question that only gives the user pictures to choose from for the answer (no written answers). With this process I am using a submit key to grade the question since it is stand alone. I cannot get it to give the answer because no message will display.

I tested with word answers only and it worked so it is specific to attaching images.

Also tested with text and pic- still no answer given when selecting submit...

Any ideas, has anyone else experienced this?
