Multiple choice not working in publish

I have a series of multiple-choice questions that are placed as individual questions on different pages (question 1 on page 1, question 2 on page 2, etc.) . All of the navigation works fine with pop-up feedback in run mode. However, when I publish it, it does not allow the user to click on the radio buttons beside the multiple-choice question options. There is a a slight color change in the radio button but no action occurs. Any idea why this is not working?
Also, I noticed I still have the Lectora branding in the pop-up messages. Is it possible to get the pop-up messages to display without the branding.
