When published to html, and start to answer one of the multiple-choice multiple answer questions, I click one answer box and they all fill in. Rather than trouble shooting (quick turn around needed) I deleted and recreated the questions again, I'm getting the same thing. Thoughts?
This question has 4 choices, the answer text boxes aren't really used as I have an image on each page they are to look at and then answer accordingly.
Make sure the text in the answer textfields is unique for each answer even if they are not visible. Or use the Hotspot question which doesn't need any answers.
