Multiple AU error

I have read all of the forum topics on this and have tried a number of things to get rid of the error "The AICC/Web-based standard restricts the author from creating links between multiple AUs." I only have one AU, but have 3 different exercises (not graded) and a pre-test and a post test. I have tried to find any dead links, removed the navigation to the exercises within my course menu, fixed inherit objects that were not needed in the test and exercises, made sure the test results were correct for both the exercises and tests. Unchecked include in TOC. I have added separate exit buttons (if that matters) for both my pre-test and post-test. I cannot find my error. I created a module several months ago that had both a pre-test and test and it worked fine. I have compared these two and still can't find any differences. The only thing I have done differently is added non-graded tests as exercises after the different chapters. Looking at the variables, for the AICC_Score I have an action in my pretest where the Target is the AICC_Score and value of VAR(PreTest_Score) and in the post test I don't have this, but use Show>Change Contents>T (text target) and then new contents is AICC_Score. Not sure why this was done but it worked in my last module. So please, any suggestions?
