Multilanguage Training Modules

I'm in the process of creating training materials in 5 different languages. I've read through the translation tools in Lectora using a translation file, however, it appears that i will need to upload the materials 5 times as well. Is this correct? Or can i simply upload the module once and depending on the language option that the user selects it will automatically take him/her to the appropriate language, however, the data (i.e. videos, images, etc.) will only need to reside on the servers in one instance?

With about 250+ training modules to create, all in 5 different languages i am hoping that i don't have to repeat the translate/publish process 5 times for each module.
