Moving or copying course creates association problem

Forgive me of this problem has been addressed before; I searched the forum to it and have not found anything. In both Inspire 11.3 and 12, when I have a course created and I move or copy the course and all its sub folders to a different drive, the .awt file will not be able to find the embedded resources. I get this error:

If I try to locate and re-associate the resource, it wants me to re-associate ALL the images and if I quit out of associating in the middle of the process, it will not remember what I have done before. I have to start all over again, and considering there is a multitude of resources, this could take all day. Some of the files seemed to have their names altered upon moving the files, such as help_over.png becomes helpover.png. Even if the name does not change, the file still will not been located. Any ideas on how to avoid this?

Thanks,

Barb

It seems like this isn't Lectora's fault, rather your operating system is playing tricks with you. How exactly are you moving the files?

It seems that the file names get changed in the process. You've shown an example of an underscore being removed, which would cause such a problem. Also, if lower-upper case names are converted to lowercase, some systems might treat them as new files, which would again cause a problem.
