There is no way I know of. As to the xml, if all the title blocks started at 0 you could do a search and replace all for 100, etc. but that is all I can think of. I know it is a pain, but you can select all on a page and drag it down or left to the new, larger edge. Yes, you would have to do it 100 times, but that is better than moving each individual item and moving it. Sorry.
