Kylie,Where do you have your action that makes AICC_Lesson_Status=completed? That action shouldn't be given to the LMS unless the user passes the test. In my courses I have a "Test Results" chapter that contains a "Passed" page on which is the above "completed" action, and I have a "Failed" page with no action. This chapter is directly after the Test chapter. In my Test properties the When Completed/Passed tab takes them to the Passed page; the When Canceled/Failed tab takes them to the Failed page.If your test is not set up like this I recommend you try this approach and see if it works for you.
