Missing Media Library Elements

When several of my coworkers have installed Lectora version X.6, they seem to be missing some of the media library elements that I have. A specific example is that under My Media I have a catagory, Character Poses, that they are missing. Can anyone tell me 1) why the elements are missing and 2) how do we make them available for those that are missing them?

I had that happen to me when I had to reinstall Lectora on a new computer and Trivantis had me uninstall and re-install the software to fix it. Apparently when it installed the files were missed the first time. Have them try the uninstall and re-install and that should fix the issue.
