I created a menu with sub-menu options, and while it works just fine there is an issue with it not displaying on top of images/animations on pages within the course. On any page where there is a full screen animation the menu displayes behind the animation. The menu is set to always be on top and the animations are not, and the menu is an inherited item throughout the course.
