Matching Question

Hi Everyone,I have a matching question in a test. The feedback at the end of the test indicates that the correct answer is 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4. Lectora marks the answer correctly, but the feedback is incorrect. Can anyone help?Thanks!
