Making Flash work in SumTotal LMS

Wish this were a solution, but just another request for information. Our courses with linked files (e.g., SWFs, FLVs, etc.) work fine from our main LMS provider (Learnshare). We are having an issue with these courses on another LMS provider. Any information is greatly appreciated.
