Major problem - course crash!

Hi!
Trying again to post as is didn't seem to stick last time.
I have a course which I'm developing and now out of nowhere the course won't start. It crashes as soon as I try to open it.
I use Dropbox and have tried to revert to older versions but no luck.
Any suggestions what to do or leads about what can have gone wrong would be much appreciated!
