lunch a HTML file from a page

Ok, I need to lunch a HTML file from a page. I also need it to be a pop up window. I don't want the user to think he left the training program. I tried to "Go To' but when I choose Web Address, it actually wants a web address, but it allows me to choose a pop up window. This will work if I only publish to html, but I need to publish to CD and EXE for folks who do have access to the internet. If I go to Lunch Document/Program, it works, however I am not able to make it a pop up window. So it loads the full size of the screen completely blocking lectora. Also not sure how to make my html file only load at a certain size or position. Will this work? David
