LPPS 2007 Alignment after publishing

I am working on building a Lectora Course using LPPS 2007, the alignment of the module is causing problem. Right Now when I publish and upload the module on LMS the data in the module is loosing its alignment and it is getting scattered and it does not fit in the browser. The alignment shows correct before publishing.Can anyone help me in resolving the issue.
