Lotus Notes and Email Survey Data Not Working

Hi All

I am using Lectora Professional Publishing Suite V9.3 and have setup a lengthy survey and used the Email Survey Data to a Lotus Notes mail account (using the format username@perpetual.com.au). This was working fine till our IT department upgraded all PC's to Windows XP service pack 3 or Internet Explorer 8. Now when the survey finishes the email address and all the survey data is placed in the To: field.

Has anybody experienced similar or know of a workaround?
